Peer Support and Harm Reduction
- Project White Butterfly: A nonprofit whose mission is to reduce harm, promote recovery, and encourage healing from substance use disorder by sharing messages of hope, cultivating a supportive community, and providing connections to resources.
- Thrive for Change: Thrive for Change is a peer-driven nonprofit based out of Cleveland, OH focused on harm reduction strategies to reduce opioid overdose deaths, disease, and infections.
- Project SOAR: Operated by the Woodrow Project; Project SOAR is a peer support specialist program operating out of community locations such as hospitals and fire departments.
- The Centers Harm Reduction Vending Machines: Offers several harm reduction vending machines across Northeast Ohio, providing free, anonymous access to life-saving supplies like naloxone (Narcan), fentanyl test strips, and safer use kits.

- Stella Maris: Offers a supportive housing program on their main campus with a commitment of at least 90 days.
- Community Service Alliance: Operates multiple transitional homes for men, focusing on a sober environment and preparation for independent living.
- Y-Haven (YMCA of Greater Cleveland): Provides recovery housing specializing in serving adults who have experienced homelessness or are returning from incarceration.
- Recovery Solutions of Northeast Ohio: Provides recovery housing for men who are engaged in treatment or recovery.
