The board works to support the association in addressing high-priority healthcare needs and issues in the community that align with WellLink's Member Engagement Committee. The WellLink Health Alliance board consists of trustees at-large who typically meet quarterly.

The HealthComp, Inc. board governs WellLink Group Purchasing and WellLink Innovations. The individuals serving on this board lend their time and talents to assist these WellLink business affiliates with long-term growth and sustainability.
