Susan Chiancone serves as CFO of WellLink, where she is responsible for steering the strategic financial management of the organization. Overseeing financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting, Chiancone brings strategic insight to WellLink, driving its financial health and scalability while adapting to the dynamic needs of the organization.

A proven leader with over 30 years of extensive financial and operational leadership experience in retail, real estate development, construction and not-for profit industries, Chiancone has been working to maximize the value and growth opportunities for WellLink since 2024.

With deep expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and cash management, Chiancone has led efforts that have strengthened WellLink’s financial foundation and unlocked new opportunities. In her three-decade career, she has played pivotal roles in private equity fundraising and guided companies through loan restructures while implementing governance repositioning to safeguard assets and revenue, and to maximize operational flexibility.

Her background includes a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Cleveland State University. She has significant experience in financial planning and analysis, portfolio management, contract negotiation, cash flow management, debt and equity financing, and acquisition due diligence.

Under her leadership, national real estate portfolios have been strategically repositioned to enhance supply chain integration. A champion of innovation and organizational alignment, Chiancone has led initiatives focused on revenue expansion, process improvement, and the successful implementation of a new human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll system.

Chiancone has successfully sourced and managed complex banking relationships across multiple financial institutions, securing construction loans, mortgage and credits lines to support business initiatives during her more than 20 years in the C-suite. She’s overseen the rollout of a centralized contract management program, ensuring consistency, compliance and ease of access across departments.
