Leyna Chavez serves as Director of Member Success and Engagement at WellLink, where she is responsible for guiding and managing the client services field team. Collaborating with organizations in the continuum of care to deliver meaningful cost efficiencies and support mission-critical work, Leyna focuses on leading the team to build strong member relationships, drive measurable savings, and ensure outstanding service delivery.
Prior to this role, Chavez served as Senior Client Services Manager and was responsible for business development, project management and driving the growth of WellLink GPO members.
Chavez’s background reflects a blend of business operations, supply chain expertise, and leadership development. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Western New Mexico University, is certified in Lean Six Sigma, and has professional experience across healthcare supply management and laboratory services. These skills have empowered her to lead cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and champion continuous improvement.
Outside of her core responsibilities, Leyna is passionate about team culture, collaboration, and professional growth. She engages with colleagues and industry peers through thought leadership and active participation in professional communities.
