Lesley Forneris, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CDP is the vice president of talent & organizational excellence for WellLink .

Prior to this role, Forneris served as people officer and was responsible for overseeing corporate culture and employee engagement, leading talent acquisition and talent management, and managing employee benefits and compensation. She guided the organization in its diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) journey and focused on nurturing and leading a positive organizational culture. Her efforts have earned the organization multiple top workplace awards along with personal recognition with the Top Women in Wellness and HR Awards. This recognition enables the organization to attract and retain top talent.

Forneris’ background includes more than 20 years of experience in human resources and healthcare. She previously held HR roles at Mercy Health, MetroHealth Medical Center and Southwest General Health Center.

Forneris received a bachelor of business management degree from the University of Akron. She is credentialed as a Senior Professional Human Resources from HRCI, Senior Certified Professional from SHRM and a Certified Diversity Professional from National Diversity Council. She has spoken at numerous professional venues, regularly holds trainings for WellLink's team and has a passion for linking people to purpose and outcomes.
