Keith Dobbs Jr., aPHR, is the Director of Human Resources for WellLink. Bringing nearly a decade of people‑leadership experience from organizations including MRI Software LLC, Heartland Payroll, and Spectrum, Keith oversees WellLink’s day‑to‑day structure and operations of the HR department. His responsibilities include organizational development, leadership of the organization’s mentoring program, employee relations, and advancing employer engagement strategies across the organization.

Prior to serving in this role, Keith was the Human Resources Generalist for WellLink. Throughout his career, he has been deeply committed to employee development, engagement, and growth, with a passion for helping individuals unlock their potential. His focus on culture has also led him to guide diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives centered on education, events, and organizational alignment.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University. Keith is credentialed as an aPHR through Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and is currently pursuing his MBA with a concentration in Human Resources.
