Kathryn Dougherty is the chief growth and innovation officer for WellLink. In this role, she is responsible for building scalable, mission-aligned revenue streams through mergers and acquisitions, innovation, venture investing, and data monetization. Reporting directly to the CEO, Dougherty combines entrepreneurial leadership with disciplined execution to position WellLink as a market-leading platform in healthcare solutions.

Previously serving as WellLink’s corporate development advisor, Dougherty developed WellLink’s investment thesis and diligence methodology, consulted on multiple venture investments, and negotiated deals to combine equity and services work.

She worked closely with the leadership team to establish a merger and acquisitions process and worked through WellLink’s first acquisition, broadening the organization's national reach, bringing expanded resources, building stronger supplier partnerships, and creating new opportunities for members to realize cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Her career has spanned finance, new product development, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, sales, and operations, including senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, and Waterson Capital.

Dougherty’s diverse background has shaped her into a strategic, empathetic people leader and focused executor with firsthand knowledge of what it takes to start, grow and run a successful company.

Her educational background includes dual bachelor's degrees in finance and economics from Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College, and a Master of Business Administration in strategy and innovation from Drexel University.

Dougherty brings a powerful combination of entrepreneurial expertise and experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and product innovation from multiple Fortune 50 organizations, equipping her to lead WellLink’s next phase of strategic expansion.
