
As Controller, Debora Curtis is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of WellLink's financial processing and reporting, and for compliance with the organization's policies and procedures as well as governmental rules and regulations. She also supports business lines through collaboration and training.
Curtis began her time at the organization as accounts payable specialist and later moved to the role of retirement plan specialist, providing technical assistance for employees of the University Hospitals Defined Benefit plan. In the following years, she moved back to the accounting department in the role of director of accounting — a position she held for over 16 years. From 2021-2024 she served as director of financial operations.
Curtis holds a Master of Science in Management with a certificate in procurement and contract management. She has served in many leadership roles in Toastmasters, culminating in District Governor (Director 12-13) for Toastmasters International District 10, and she previously volunteered as a member of the finance committee and a board member for a small nonprofit that provides education for young children in an underserved area of Cleveland.
