Throughout her career, Alicia has worked in roles focused on process improvement and organizational effectiveness. She led cross-functional initiatives to analyze workflows, develop standard operating procedures, implement performance reporting, and streamline operations to improve efficiency and outcomes. Her combined experience in project management and process improvement enables her to successfully guide initiatives, translating ideas into measurable results for WellLink.

Alicia holds a doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. Her academic training in organizational leadership, systems thinking and data-driven decision making informs her approach to solving complex operational challenges and driving sustainable improvement.
